The Uzpromstroymaterialy Association has organized another press tour for the media. The participants got acquainted with the activities of Orient Keramik LLC, a leading manufacturer of ceramic tiles in the country. The event was attended by more than a dozen journalists and bloggers.
Initially, the media got acquainted with the workshop for the production of 3.6 million square meters of ceramic tiles per year. During the press tour, the journalists reviewed the production process, the conditions created for workers and services. It is noteworthy that the owners of the pen were in direct contact with the experts here.
After that, the event participants visited the enterprise showroom and got acquainted with the types of products. Experts provided information on the scale of exports and production volumes.
During the press tour, media representatives were told about the investment projects implemented by Orient Keramik LLC, economic indicators, and future plans.

For information, Orient Keramik LLC is located in the industrial zone of Chilanzar district on an area of 3.6 hectares. Launched in July 2019, the total cost of the project is about $ 14 million and has the potential to produce 3.6 million square meters of ceramic products per year. Currently, 270 workers and specialists work here. Significantly, the products of the limited liability company are made almost 100 percent from local raw materials. Therefore, the tiles produced here are exported to the domestic market at prices several times cheaper than foreign ones. Currently, more than 30% of the company’s products are exported to Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan.
