A government resolution “On additional measures to improve the procedure for the development of promising investment projects” was adopted.
In accordance with the decree, the shares of the Republican Design Institute “UzEngineering” and JSC “UzLITIneftegaz” in the authorized capital of JV “WorleyParsons Uzbekiston Engineering” LLC are transferred to the Center for Development of Investment Projects under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade.
Also, the implementation of a 0.1 percent share of the Center for the Development of Investment Projects in the authorized capital of JV WorleyParsons Uzbekiston Engineering LLC of Intecsea B.V. (Kingdom of the Netherlands) will be considered at the general meeting of the joint venture participants.
For information, JV WorleyParsons Uzbekiston Engineering LLC was established by a Government resolution, one of the main activities of the enterprise is the development and implementation of new project ideas aimed at deep processing of natural resources and raw materials base of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of attracting advanced technologies and leading foreign investors.
