The unified electronic national catalog of products (goods and services) was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to introduce a unified electronic national catalog of products (goods and services), electronic registration of contracts concluded between business entities and electronic registration of a power of attorney to receive inventory items” from 28 April 2021 under No. 249.
In accordance with the resolution, the State Tax Committee was granted the right to expand the content (position, sub-item, brand and attributes) of the Unified Electronic National Catalog of Products (Goods and Services), that is, to generate identification codes for goods and services (IPCU).
The identification code of goods and services is an identification code in the form of a set of characters (numbers) assigned to a specific type of product or service.
In order to implement the document, 17-digit identification codes for goods and services from the database of the electronic catalog are gradually created.
Currently, more than 10 thousand IPCUs have been created for products with high liquidity, medicines, alcohol and tobacco products, as well as for goods and services with benefits.
The IPCU should be reflected in the electronic invoices, electronic contracts, as well as on online cash register receipts or virtual cash registers.
In personal accounts on the website tasnif.soliq.uz, representatives of business entities can save 17-digit IPCU of goods and services.
