The Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution “On approval of the regulation on the procedure for allocating subsidies to individuals for the grown harvest of silkworm cocoons (raw silkworm)”.
In accordance with the Resolution of the President No. PP-5178 from 8 July 2021 “On additional measures for the efficient use of existing pastures and support for the processing of silk and wool in the republic”:
in the period from 1 January 2022 to 1 January 2025, annually individuals – homeworkers are allocated subsidies in the amount of 5 thousand soums per kilogram of the grown harvest of silkworm cocoons (raw silkworm) at the expense of the republican budget.
The Regulation on the procedure for allocating subsidies to individuals for the cultivated harvest of silkworm cocoons (raw silkworm) was approved.
The regulation envisages:
conditions and procedure for allocating subsidies from the State budget to individuals – homeworkers;
the procedure for allocating appropriate funds when forming the parameters of the State budget for the next year in accordance with the proposals of the Committee for the Development of Sericulture and Karakul Breeding;
Formation of the district (city) address lists of recipients of subsidies for silk-growing clusters and silkworm growing organizations in conjunction with the regional (city) branches of Agroilla LLC;
the procedure for transferring funds to recipients of subsidies and returning the unused portion of funds transferred to subsidize silkworm clusters and silkworm breeding organizations to a separate personal treasury account of the Committee for the Development of Sericulture and Karakul Breeding.
Silkworm clusters and silkworm growing organizations distribute the funds received for the subsidy in their special accounts only to the bank cards of the recipients of the subsidy, if a bank card is not open, to bank accounts opened in their name with the bank.
