During the international exhibition Dubai EXPO 2020, representatives of Thermal Power Plants held talks with representatives of Japan’s Mitsubishi Corporation on the implementation of future projects.
Thermal Power Plants has been cooperating with Mitsubishi Corporation, MELCO, and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems on large investment projects for 10 years.
Over the past years, JSC Navoi TPP, JSC Tolimarjon TPP, and JSC Turakurgan TPP have commissioned large generation facilities in the electricity in cooperation with Mitsubishi Corporation.
As a result of projects implemented by Mitsubishi Corporation, MELCO, and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, modern, energy-efficient generation facilities with a total installed capacity of 2728 MW have been built.
The partners are working on the implementation of an investment project with a capacity of 650 MW to expand JSC Navoi TPP in the third stage.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of effective organization of the implementation of existing projects, the rational use of existing power units.
