As of January 1, 2023, 3,156 enterprises with the participation of Russian capital are operating in the country, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan reports.
In 2022, 20 percent of the total number of enterprises with foreign capital in the country were opened with the participation of Russian companies.
More than 960 enterprises with Russian capital were opened in the country in 2022.
Türkiye, China, Kazakhstan and South Korea are also among the leaders in opening enterprises in Uzbekistan.
