The Consulate General of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with the Consultant for Relations with the Commonwealth of the Independent States of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jassim Al-Mutawa, and the head of the TURN8 company, Yousif Al Mutawa.
The negotiations were held as part of the work to attract foreign investment and advanced innovative technologies to Uzbekistan. In particular, the TURN8 operates in artificial intelligence, IT technologies and startups.
At the meeting, the guests were informed about the reforms carried out in Uzbekistan, including in the IT industry, the introduction of innovations in various sectors of the country’s economy.
The Emirates partners expressed their interest in investing in the field of advanced, innovative projects in Uzbekistan, in connection with which they announced their intention to visit Uzbekistan for negotiations with relevant ministries and agencies.
