Almost 80% of the total volume of money transfers sent abroad through the SDP in January-December 2024 went to just three countries: Uzbekistan (234.1 billion tenge), Russia (231.2 billion tenge), and Turkey (156.2 billion tenge). Significant volumes were also sent to Georgia (54 billion tenge), Kyrgyzstan (29 billion tenge), and China (26.9 billion tenge).
Half of the volume of money transfers received from abroad through the SDP came from Russia (61.8 billion tenge), the United States (32.4 billion tenge) and South Korea (24.5 billion tenge). Significant amounts of money were also received from Uzbekistan (23.6 billion tenge), Turkey (20.3 billion tenge) and Germany (17.5 billion tenge).

Among international money transfer systems, 656.3 billion out of 788.6 billion tenge came from the Zolotaya Korona SDP. However, compared to January–December 2023, the volume of funds received through Zolotaya Korona decreased by 14.4%, while its share of all received transfers, on the contrary, increased over the year from 79.8% to 83.2%. The share of Western Union also increased (from 5.7% to 10.7%), and the volume grew more than one and a half times, to 84.2 billion tenge. The volume of transfers received through the MoneyGram SDP increased by 7% over the year, to 17.6 billion tenge.
