Beeline Uzbekistan’s Southwest Branch has expanded its coverage area in the region and connected the under-construction MTO Gas Chemical Complex in Bukhara Region to the network. Several thousand specialists will work at the facility, and in the future, one of the world’s largest polymer production plants will be launched there.
The Karakul SEZ is located far from residential areas and large settlements. Still, the high demand for communication services at the MTO GCC construction site is confirmed by the significant traffic volumes of the digital operator. In the first month of operation, the base station entered the top ten most “traffic” stations among those newly launched in 2024 in the Beeline Uzbekistan network.
“Today, an industrial facility in terms of communication consumption is quite comparable to an urban area. This is essential for communication between employees, contractors, and supervisory services,” comments Dmitry Fisеnkо, Director of Corporate Sales Development at Beeline Uzbekistan. “The digital operator is prepared to expand the network coverage and capacity in response to the increasing number of specialists and the evolving needs of the gas chemical complex customer, which will be developed into a large-scale production cluster.”
To ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction, the facility has implemented 2G/3G/4G technologies, providing broad coverage to the surrounding areas, residents, and nearby infrastructure.
The successful implementation of the MTO Gas Chemical Complex construction project will require significant resources, including construction, engineering personnel, and auxiliary staff.
“At its pinnacle, the project will involve thousands of specialists, including those from equipment suppliers and foreign experts. All of them require reliable cellular communication and high-speed internet. These services, provided by Beeline Business, will allow specialists to promptly exchange information and coordinate the actions of employees and automatic systems on-site, which is essential for meeting project timelines and parameters,” MTO GCC adds.
