The candidate for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Business People – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said that 160 new kindergartens will be built and renovated in Karakalpakstan, as well as 2,000 private kindergartens will be created.
“In the next seven years, we will create an additional 100 thousand new places for schoolchildren.
At the same time, 30 new schools and additional buildings for 150 schools will be built, 350 will be renovated.
The number of specialized schools will be doubled to 32.
As a result, schools in Karakalpakstan will not have classes with more than 30-35 children.
We have started distributing free meals for students in grades 1-4 from Karakalpakstan.
Now, for the first time in this region, we will launch bus transportation so that our children living in remote villages go to school,” the candidate said.
