On September 3-7, the delegation headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov visited the USA.
According to the MFA, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan held separate meetings with Nicholas Berliner, Special Assistant to the US President, New York Mayor Eric Adams, Chairman of the US Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee Gary Peters, World Bank Vice President Antonella Bassani, and heads of a number of leading US companies.
During the talks, issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation in various directions were discussed. Special attention was paid to the activation of trade-economic and investment cooperation.
