Today, on 9 October, an opening ceremony of the Tajikistan and Uzbekistan Trade House was held in Dushanbe. The purpose of the creation of the Trading House is to create a number of facilities for entrepreneurs on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
That is, entrepreneurs provide practical assistance in finding new buyers by advertising goods and types of services in the Republic of Tajikistan and organizing a showroom in order to further expand the activities of manufacturing enterprises. The opening ceremony was conducted by the Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Tajikistan Ergash Shaismatov and General Director of the investment company Orient Invest Saidismatullo Valiev.
The event was attended by the trade and economic adviser of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Tajikistan Otabek Alimov, deputy director of the investment company “Orient Invest” for external affairs Hotam Safoev, representatives of the Trade House “Tajikistan and Uzbekistan” General Director Dilshodbek Muzafarov, and Director Bokhir Musaev. The organization of the presentation of products of Uzbek manufacturers for local entrepreneurs was carried out at the highest level.
“The uniqueness of the project allows customers to work directly with the manufacturer without many intermediaries. Many Uzbek and Tajik entrepreneurs are already interested in this,” said Otabek Alimov, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Tajikistan.
At the site of the Trade House of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, wholesale trade in a wide range of goods of various products manufactured by enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out: building materials, upholstered furniture, children’s and kitchen furniture, food, as well as export and import of products for the needs of other industries of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Also, the site of the trading house acts as a “showroom” for holding various exhibitions and fairs of goods of Uzbek manufacturers.
