UzAuto Motors announced the forced stop of the conclusion of contracts for the supply of Chevrolet Captiva 5 cars.
“In this regard, the management and staff of Uzauto Motors JSC bring its customers the deepest apologies for the inconveniences brought to our customers, and believes that the decision made, at the moment, is the only correct one,” the message says.
All funds paid under the concluded contracts, within 3 days after the client’s request, will be returned in full. The company will also pay an additional 5% of the prepayment amount as compensation.
Instead of the Captiva 5, the company offered to purchase Equinox or Tracker models. As noted in UzAuto Motors, the delivery dates for the replaced cars will be carried out in accordance with the contracts for the Chevrolet Captiva 5, but no later than January 2022.
Also, buyers are invited to consider the possibility of purchasing, in the above terms, instead of the Captiva 5 car, the Malibu, Cobalt, or Trailblazer model.
