The Regulation on the procedure for the creation and operation of a special regime for supporting artificial intelligence technologies was approved by the Government resolution on 29 November 2021.
A special regime in accordance with the Regulations is a separate link of the IT-park, where separate legal benefits are created, and software products are tested and implemented in practice by legal entities and scientific organizations.
To become a member of the special regime, applicants apply through the IT Park special web platform.
Applications undergo a preliminary technical examination by the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications within 5 working days.
Based on the conclusions of the expert council and the Coordination Commission, the ministry makes a decision on registration or refusal to register applicants as participants.
Participants of the special regime compensate the state for the costs of professional development and retraining of their employees.
Participants are also given the right to receive from ministries, departments, and organizations information and documents necessary for the implementation of pilot projects, as well as impersonal information.
