In order to ensure the smooth operation of existing industrial facilities in departments and factories in connection with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, significant work is being done to expand the participation of domestic manufacturers in the procurement system and gradually reduce the need for imports.
Today, a new way of cooperation with local business entities for the production of previously imported products for the needs of the enterprises of the system is being established. In particular, specialists of the Gas Processing and Gas Chemistry Department organize presentations of products of domestic manufacturers in Uzbekistan via videoconferencing for departments, offices and enterprises of the industry.
During the visit of the department’s specialists to the enterprises of the industry, as a result of the study of gas processing and gas chemical projects and the consumption of chemical reagents at the enterprises, the imported part of the material and technical resources was studied.
Research has shown that some imported goods are also produced by domestic producers in Uzbekistan. In order to reduce imports, video presentations were held between domestic producers and enterprises.
In particular, the JV “CHILON LUBRICANTS”, JV “Oil Filter Technologies” in Uzbekistan and the Tashkent Research Institute of Chemical Technology held presentations of the fuel and lubricants produced today, additives for petroleum products, as well as technical and technological filters.
During the presentation, an exchange of views on issues of interest from the specialists of the network enterprise took place and the existing problems were discussed.
In addition, on 20-22 February 2020, as a result of cooperation at the Oil and Gas Forum, Industrial Fair and Cooperation Exchange in the city of Karshi, representatives of the Chilon Lubricants JV visited the Shurtan and Mubarek oil and gas production departments, the Mubarek gas processing plant and the Shurtan gas chemical complex LLC », A fruitful cooperation was carried out.
In the course of the video communications, the companies expressed their readiness to conduct tests and research of products in accordance with the requirements of Uzbekneftegaz.
